At Gelish NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail supplies, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Secure Packaging
Place the unopened items in their original product packaging and ensure they are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Courier Collection
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest New Zealand Post location or schedule a courier pickup.
Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
